Ufficio ASTE ™ was born in 2023 from the idea of LEONARDI DAVID, real estate agent for over 25 years, former owner of LEONARDI IMMOBILIARE, an agency with 4 branches in UMBRIAN AND TUSCAN territories; the agency has already been actively involved in professional auctions for more than 10 years, providing 360-degree services to the agency's clients who wanted to rely on the agency to analyze and then participate in the auctions of their interest.

This is where the Ufficio ASTE ™ was born, from the desire to continue, deepen and implement these services by identifying them as CORNERs in their own agencies and also giving other agencies the possibility of having their own CORNER OR POINT OF SALE specialized in real estate and non-real estate auctions.
